Internal security certificates failed auto-renewal and binding auto-replacement causing the internal load balancers to drop connections to all web servers hosting the Judicial Viewer.

An upgrade to the load balancer and a review of our internal monitoring for expiring certificates will help to mitigate this from happening again.

Also, finding a way to stager the expiration date of certificates on unique web servers will help mitigate this type of issue.
